Painting Furniture

No experience is required. You don’t have to bring anything. Just wear your painting clothes!

We reserve Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30pm for groups of up to 10 painters to volunteer together. Grab a group of friends, your Bible study group, sports team, work team, or civic organization. Moving Furniture

Mondays 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Our volunteers pick up furniture donations from people in our local area that want to donate but have no way to get the items to us. We have a van, but volunteers are welcome to use their own truck. This is a great opportunity for individuals to help or for a group of 3-4 strong people from a sports team, Bible study, youth group, or civic organization.
Thursdays 6:30pm - 8:30pm
On Thursday nights, our volunteers move finished pieces of furniture from our warehouse to our retail spaces. We have a van, but need labor!
Repairing Furniture
Located at 200 Second Avenue, Edwardsville (off Rt 159 across from Dollar Tree and behind Smoothie King)
Many of the furniture items that we receive need a little TLC! Whether you're a master craftsman or just willing to learn, we're always looking for people to join our Repair Team!
Upholstering Furniture
We don’t accept upholstered items such as sofas, recliners, etc, but we do often need volunteers to recover chair cushions.

Are you an interior designer or home stager? Do you just enjoy decorating and get compliments from friends and family about how beautiful your home looks? We would love to have your help on Friday nights! Because our volunteers generally paint between 25-50 new furniture pieces each week, our shop is constantly changing! Our customers look forward to something fresh and new each day we are open. Decorating on Friday nights is kind of like redecorating your entire house every week! We can always use more help.
